Could be a host of places as they are fallow deer; let’s start with the obvcious ones such as Cannock Chase or the New Forest.

This is amazing pic, very beautifully captured
Richmond Park is my guess, but I don’t recognise the exact location and there are not many non-road vehicle track routes. I presume it is not Woburn Abbey, more famous for other deer species. My second guess would be the New Forest.
